Before exposure, apply enough product to cover the exposed area, for example the equivalent of a teaspoonful for the face and neck. Using less product will reduce the level of protection.
Re-apply regularly, especially after perspiring, swimming or towelling dry.
Even though you are well protected, reduce exposure as much as possible.
Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight.
